Once the ingredients are combined, mix 1 teaspoon of dextrin with 9 teaspoons of water in a cup. Then, gradually pour the liquid into the other ingredients to create a sludge. If you want red sparklers, stir in 18 ounces of strontium nitrate, or mix in 2.1 ounces of barium nitrate for green ones.
